What You’llDo:
✅ Market Research & Data Analysis – Conduct research on industry trends,competitor pricing, and market conditions to support informed decision-making.Compile and analyse data to assist in pricing strategies.
✅ Quote Preparation & Pricing – Accurately calculate costs, prepare quotes, and send to clients based on provided guidelines. Ensure pricing aligns with company objectives while remaining competitive in the market.
✅ Client Interaction & Support – Respond to client inquiries related to quotes,providing clear and professional communication. Gather feedback from clients to refine future pricing strategies and improve service delivery.
✅ Data Management & Reporting – Organise and maintain records of all quotes,pricing structures, and market insights. Generate reports on quote success rates, pricing trends, and key market developments.
✅ Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with internal teams, including sales,marketing, and operations, to gather accurate information for quotes. Ensure seamless communication between departments to enhance service efficiency.
What We’reLooking For:
✔️ Matric certificate(required).
✔️ Marketing certification or diploma advantageous.
✔️ 2+ years of experience in cost estimation, pricing analysis, or marketing (preferably in transport &logistics).
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,Outlook).
✔️ Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
✔️ A customer-focused, detail-oriented team player eager to learn and grow.
