Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day financial functions,including general ledger maintenance
· Ensure adherence to stock control measures
· Prepare statutory reports (VAT, income tax,PAYE)
· Assist with audits and group integration projects
· Provide accurate financial reporting, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flows
· Plan and evaluate budgets and cost management strategies
· Oversee cash flow and treasury functions
· Deliver performance analysis to business units
· Lead quarterly forecasting and budgetary planning processes
· Maintain control over fixed assets and working capital
· Seek cost-reduction opportunities through reviews and evaluations
· Liaise with banks and financial institutions
· Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate audit processes
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, orrelated field (essential)
· CIMA or CA(SA) qualification preferred
· Strong experience in management accounting,particularly in manufacturing or production environments
· In-depth knowledge of accounting standards,financial regulations, and Sage Evolution
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Power BI knowledge advantageous
· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail and communication abilities
