Our client is looking for an experienced IT Manager with a passion for designing and managing secure, high-performance IT infrastructure across multi-site operations? Join their dynamic team and take the lead in driving network, cloud, security, and IT support excellence across office, cloud, and mining environments.
📌 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
✅ Network & IT Infrastructure: Design and implement LAN/WAN, VPNs, andcloud-based solutions to ensure seamless, secure operations across multiplesites.
✅ Cloud & Cybersecurity: Manage AWS environments, enforce cybersecurity policies, conduct audits, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
✅ IT Support & Vendor Management: Oversee Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for50+ client sites, manage ISPs, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
✅ ProjectLeadership: Lead IT deployments for new sites, optimize IT resources, and align IT initiatives with business goals.
✅ Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement robust data backup, recovery, and business continuity strategies.
🎯 What YouBring:
🔹Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
🔹10+ years of IT management & infrastructure experience
🔹Expertise in network administration (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewallconfigurations)
🔹Strong knowledge of cloud computing (AWS), virtualization, and securityframeworks
(ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
🔹Proven ability to mentor teams, manage IT budgets, and lead vendor negotiations
🔹Willingness to travel between customer sites and work standby as needed
🔹Valid Code 8 driver’s license and clear criminal record
