Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Imports, Exports, and Tracking teams to ensure seamless fleet operations.
- Manage disciplinary matters in collaboration with the legal team, addressing and escalating issues as necessary.
- Optimize vehicle utilization across Mozambique, Malawi, and Zimbabwe, ensuring sufficient capacity for our customers.
- Utilize and ensure correct usage of internal systems and communication tools for operational efficiency.
- Track and improve KPI performance, enhancing fleet effectiveness.
- Promote customer-centric service, meeting customer requirements and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks or weaknesses in fleet performance.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and legislative requirements.
Qualifications Required
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Transport Diploma.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of management experience in transport/logistics.
- Proven leadership track record.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Language:
- Full command of written and spoken English.
